• Standard (3–6 business days): $7.95 — free on orders over $80
• Express (1–3 business days): $12.95

New Zealand

• Tracked international (5–10 business days): $14.95

Rest of world

We ship to most countries via DHL Express. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Processing

Orders placed before 12pm AEST ship the same day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship the next business day.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If your tracking hasn't updated within 3 business days, email hello@cyouskin.com.au and we'll chase it for you.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 14 days of dispatch and we'll replace it at no cost.
