Email returns@cyouskin.com.au with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label (Australia) or reimburse return postage up to $15 (international).
Refund timing
Refunds are processed within 2 business days of your return arriving at our warehouse. Funds typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
